Pros: The game comes with all the music and sound effects that seem to define the game on ESPN. Gameplay is fairly easy and the dealer at the table is a nice touch. Cash games and tournaments are easy to jump into. The WSOP also offers Omaha for fans of other forms of poker. Sorry though, no Omaha Hi/Lo yet.
Cons: Simpler keystrokes would be a nice addition and just a bit more time for raising. Text showing names and chips is a little small also

Pros: Gameplay is smooth and simple, and the avatars and graphics are nice. The game offers something truly unique – video replays of WPT events while playing hands – complete with commentary from longtime commentators Vince Van Patten and Mike Sexton. Play poker while watching some WPT, nice!
Cons: Again it’s only Texas Hold’em in this game. A few more avatars available for newbies would be nice.

- Scatter Hold’em Poker – This unique game offers more than just poker. Scatter Holdem combines elements of a fantasy game as well. Players must “navigate mysterious worlds filled with magic skittish fairies, blazing elementals, and other fantasy creatures.” New characters and worlds are constantly added and updated. You can even throw fireballs at opponents.
- Red Dead Redemption II – Video game fans will be pleased to check out this game from RockStar Games. RD2 offers players a trip to the Old West in 1899. As an outlaw named Arthur Morgan, gamers ride horseback across the range, stage train robberies, shoot it out with lawmen, and travel through forests, deserts, and towns. The trailer notes that the game creates “a living world that’s not simply open, but deeper. And more interactive and detailed than ever combining action, storytelling, and gameplay in new ways.” And that Old West world includes poker. Players can challenge fellow outlaws to some Texas Hold’em and accumulate funds for use throughout the game. The poker scenes feature these tough outlaws in cowboy hats around an old wooden table. It a fun twist on a video game with poker playing a major part of the action.

Can I keep my old username and account information?
You will need to create a new username and password when you create your new PlayWPT account. Provided it hasn't been taken yet, you may use your old username from ClubWPT.

Your password is encrypted for your privacy and protection. Even we can't see what your password is. If you've forgotten your password, just click on the 'Forgot Password' link when logging into your account. There are more poker games available than ever at PlayWPT. Use the tabs in the lobby to find the ring games, sit and go's, tournaments, stakes, and players that are right for you. At this time, the only poker variant available at PlayWPT is No-Limit Texas Hold'em. There are no blackjack games available yet. Stay tuned, though. We look forward to expanding your options soon.
Will the schedule of tournaments be the same at the new PlayWPT?
There will be a new schedule of tournaments at PlayWPT. You will have a wide variety of choices with all kinds of structures and formats. We're confident you'll be satisfied with the tournament schedule.
Are there any other non-poker games available at the new PlayWPT?
Yes! We currently offer Timeslots™ slot games in addition to poker at PlayWPT. We look forward to expanding our game options soon.
How can I find the type of game I want to play easily?
In the PlayWPT poker lobby, you have many options to help you find a game you want to play. You can select the ring game tab, from which you can select low, medium, or high stakes as well as two-, six-, or nine-handed tables; All In or Fold games, Sit & Go tournaments, and regular tournaments. For quickest seating, you may select 'Quick Play,' which will take you directly to a ring game in progress with variable stakes determined upon your Gold balance.
Can I use my own image for an avatar?
No, but you can choose from many new, cool hand-drawn avatars. Look out for more, including special holiday and promotional avatars!
I don't like the avatar you gave me. Am I stuck with it or can I change it? How?
You may purchase additional avatars using Gold in the PlayWPT Store. Once you have additional avatars, you can change them in your Personal Center by clicking on your avatar in the upper left hand corner, selecting 'Avatar,' clicking on the avatar of your choice, then clicking 'OK.'
What are Gold and Silver? How do I use them?
Gold and Silver are the virtual currencies used to play games at PlayWPT. Silver is our currency for our slots games. You can win free Gold and Silver daily at PlayWPT, or you can purchase Gold at the PlayWPT Store. You can also purchase Silver using Gold in the Store, as well. The appropriate amount of Gold or Silver will be deducted from your balance when you have selected your table (Gold) or made your slot spin (Silver).
Can I chat with other players at the tables?
PlayWPT does not currently offer live chatting at our tables. We do offer a fun variety of animated emojis you can use to express your feelings while playing the tables.
How can I use the Lucky Spin to win free Gold?
The Lucky Spin is your way to earn more Gold at PlayWPT. To win free Gold, simply go to the poker section of PlayWPT. Periodically you can take advantage of a free Lucky Spin which will award you a variable amount of Gold to use to play in our poker games. What are Boosters?
You can purchase boosters at PlayWPT to increase the amount of Gold you earn from your daily free spin in multiple amounts for 30 days. For example, if you purchase a 20X booster, a free spin awarding 500 Gold would actually award you 10,000 Gold. You would get the same boost every day for 30 days from the date of purchase.
What are Lucky Spin Tickets?

Do you offer a Leaderboard? How does it work?
PlayWPT features a detailed and fun weekly leaderboard that encourages the spirit of competition. Inside, you can sort by categories to see who has won the most hands, who has won the biggest pots, and who has accrued the most chips. If you signed up using Facebook, you can filter it down to friends only, as well.
How do I access the slot games that are locked?
The more you play and the higher the stakes, the higher your levels will go. Currently, you can access our Dinosaurs slot game immediately. After you reach level 5, you can also access Mayan Ruins. After you reach level 10, you gain access to World War. More slots are coming soon.
How can I win free Gold for poker play?
To win free Gold, simply go to the Poker section of PlayWPT. Every 24 hours, you can take advantage of a free Lucky Spin which will award you a variable amount of Gold to use to play in our poker games.
